Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we make sure our product pictures are accurate and true to what you’ll receive.
However, please note that lighting, camera angles, and screen display settings may cause slight differences in color or appearance.
Be assured that the quality and specifications remain the same as advertised.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is automatically sent to your email after placing and confirming your order.
You can also:

  • Log in to your account dashboard on our website to view your order history and receipts, or

  • Check your order confirmation message for a direct link to your receipt.

If you don’t receive it, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact our support team for assistance.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is defective, or

  • You received the wrong product.

To return an item:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  3. Our team will guide you on how to return it or exchange it for the correct item.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or delayed pickup.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We regularly restock many of our popular items.
If a product is marked “Out of Stock,” it means it’s currently unavailable, but may be restocked soon depending on supplier availability.

  • Click the “Notify Me” or “Join Waitlist” button (if available) on the product page, or

  • Follow us on our social media pages for restock updates.

Please note that some items — especially limited editions or seasonal stock — may not return once sold out.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently deliver orders nationwide across Nigeria.
Your items will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

For bulk or special orders outside Nigeria, please contact our customer support to confirm if international shipping is available.

How long can I stockpile my orders?

You can stockpile your orders for up to 7 days (1 week) only.
After 7 days, if you don’t pick up or request delivery, your items will be resold.
